In
Brasil ROM’s business is developing very well. We continue to work with
Brasil's most successful popular artist, Ivete Sangalo whose enormously
successful debut European Tour we booked in June & July 2006. After
having her first baby at the end of last year the next international career
step for Ivete is to become the first Brasilian artist ever to headline
the Arena at Madison Square Garden in New York , where she will play on
September 4 th 2010 – sponsored by TAM Airlines. During this time our
relationship with Ivete’s management Company, Caco de Telha has gone from
strength-to-strength and we are now working with them to develop their
interest in promoting international artists in Brasil, starting with Beyonce
(in association with Plan Music, H4 and Mondo) in February. Also with
Caco de Telha we are developing a TV project and some other non-music
events in 2010.
